1. What are the various types of Credit Cards offered by the Bank of Rajasthan?
Bank of Rajasthan offers credit cards with 4 variants:-
Gold Credit Card

Silver Credit Card
-
Corporate Card with Individual Liability.

Corporate Card with Corporate Liability.
2. What is the eligibility criterion for applying for a Bank of Rajasthan Credit Card?
For applying for a Silver Credit Card, the minimum gross income amount required is Rs. 1,00,000/- and
For applying for a Gold Credit Card, the minimum gross income amount required is Rs. 2,00,000/-
3. How do I apply for the Bank of Rajasthan Credit Card?
You can apply for the Bank of Rajasthan Credit Card by either of the below mentioned modes below:Visit any of the nearest Bank of Rajasthan branches and submit the application.

4. How much time it will take to process the BOR Credit Card?
Once we receive your complete application form in all respect with the necessary documents at our end, it takes approximately 15-20 days to process your BOR credit card application.
5. How will I know that my Credit Card application has been approved?
We request you to provide us with your e-mail ID and the mobile number at the time of application for the credit card, Once your credit card application has been approved, you will receive a SMS alert on the mobile number provided by you in the application. You will also receive the card within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
Alternatively, you can contact the respective branch where you have applied for the credit card for the status of your application.
6. How will I know that my Credit Card application has been declined?
In an unfortunate event of the bank being not able to approve your credit card application for some reason, you will receive the information from the branch where you have applied for the credit card.
In some cases, if there is any information or documents missing from your application form, we will send a letter asking the details to the branch from where you have applied for the credit card. You will have to submit the requisite documents to the branch and they will provide us with the said documents to process your application.
7. What is a PIN mailer?
A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a unique number, which can be used to withdraw cash and any of the ATM transactions. The same is sent to your communication address as per our records.
Also we request you not to share your PIN number with any person (s). Kindly memorize the PIN as soon as you receive the mailer and destroy the same. We also request you to change the PIN at the time of your first ATM transaction.
8. Whom should I approach if I do not receive my credit card or PIN mailer?
Once you receive your letter of approval of your credit card and you do not receive a credit card or PIN mailer within 10 -12 working days, we request you to call our 24 hour Customer Services toll free number and quote your application reference number/credit card number (if any). Our Customer Service Executive will help you to trace your card/PIN and will do the needful.

9. What should I do if my card is lost or damaged?
You can call our Bank of Rajasthan 24-hour customer care center (customer care numbers are 1800 224504 (from BSNL or MTNL landlines) / 022-27894505) immediately. We will block your lost/damaged card instantly and a new card will be delivered to you within seven days upon your request.
Make sure you file a FIR for the lost/stolen card and send us a copy, along with a written confirmation, to the below mentioned address:

If you happen to recover the card after having reported it lost, please do not use it. Cut it into 4 pieces, cut it especially through the magnetic strip at least once, and return it to us.
The FIR lodged with the Police will be required for claiming of insurance, if any.
10. What is a Credit Limit and how is it determined?
The 'Credit limit' is the maximum amount you can spend or borrow using your Credit Card. This limit is determined by various personal details like your income, source of income etc. The credit limit is normally raised or lowered depending on your previous years track record in terms of spending and repayment.
11. Does the add-on card have a separate credit limit?
No, the add-on card member shares the same credit limit as assigned to the primary card member.
12. Can I use my credit card for expenses on the Internet?
Your Rajbank credit card can be used for expenses on the Internet. However, Reserve Bank of India prohibits its use for certain expenses like lotteries, gambling etc.
However, you have to register for Verified by VISA for online transactions.
13. What is Verified by VISA?
Verified By Visa (VBV) is an easy to use, secured online payment service from the Bank of Rajasthan that lets you shop securely online with your existing Bank of Rajasthan Credit Card. This is an additional security feature for the safety of your Credit Card account.
14. How do I register for Verified by VISA?

15. What do I do if my credit card is declined?

16. How do I protect my credit card against fraud or theft?

Please sign on the signature panel on the reverse of the card immediately with a non-erasable ballpoint pen (preferably in black ink) this will ensure that the benefits of the membership are your and yours alone.

Keep your Credit Card in a prominent place in your wallet. You will notice if it is missing.

When you use your card at an ATM, enter your PIN in such a way that no one can memorize your keystrokes.

Don't leave your receipt behind at the ATM your PIN and account number from a discarded receipt could make you vulnerable to credit-card fraud. Also, don't throw out your credit-card statement, receipts or carbons without shredding them.

Never give your credit-card number over the telephone to any unknown person.

Make certain you get your card back after you make a purchase. Also, make sure that you personally shred any voided or cancelled charge slips.

Always keep a list of your credit cards, credit-card numbers and toll-free numbers of all the banks handy, in case your card is stolen or lost.

Check your monthly statement to make certain all charges are your own, and notify the card issuer of any errors or unauthorized charges immediately.

Please do not provide any personal/financial/credit card related information on any unknown Internet website or respond to any e-mail seeking such information from you.
17. What are the don’ts on my credit card?

You should not bend your card in any circumstances.

You should avoid exposure to the electronic gadgets or devices.

You should avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Ensure that the verification of your card is done in your presence.
18. Where do I pay my Credit Card bills?
If you are a Bank of Rajasthan customer, you can pay your credit card bill by direct debit to your savings or current account through standing instructions. You can also deposit cash or cheque at any of the nearest Bank of Rajasthan branches or ATMs. For more details you can click on the below link
