By Cheque/Demand Draft (DD)/Pay Order (PO):
You can pay your credit card outstanding dues by way of Cheque or Demand Draft or PO. Your cheque /draft should be in favor of “Bank of Rajasthan Card no. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX (“X” denotes your complete 16 digit card number). You can drop/deposit the same at any of the nearest branches or the MINC drop boxes (for Mumbai city only).

Please ensure that you have correctly mentioned your complete 16-digit credit card number on your cheque/draft.
Please drop your cheque/drafts payments well in advance of your payment due date to avoid any Late Payment Charges (LPC) or interest charges.
Please ensure that the Cheque/ Demand Draft is drawn on a local bank.

Do not drop Post Dated Cheque (PDC) for your payment.
Do not send any payments through normal post.

By Cash:
You may deposit cash towards your credit card payment at any of our nearest bank branches. The payment would reflect in your account in next two working days.

Please make your payment before the due date to avoid late payment charge and interest charges.

OR

By Net-Banking:
You can pay your funds by using Internet Banking of your Bank of Rajasthan savings account.

Please follow the below mentioned steps for the complete process to re-pay your credit card outstanding:
1. Login to your savings account net banking using your Internet Banking user ID and password.
2. After clicking on the “Transfer” button, select “Third party transfer”.
3. You will be asked for to select for the branch, please select “4430-CCMC”
4. Enter your 16-digit credit card number and the amount to be paid.
5. You will be asked to verify your “Transaction Password”

By NEFT:
You can make a payment of your credit card by using the NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) facility from any other bank.

You can visit any of the bank branches and fill in the NEFT form along with your BOR Credit Card number and our IFSC code “BRAJ0004430”. You can visit your bank for more details or click on http://www.rbi.org.in/

The simplest and safest way to make payments is by giving Auto Debit consent:

If you have an account with any of the Bank of Rajasthan branches, you can make payment of your monthly credit-card bill (either the minimum amount due or the total amount due) by giving direct debit mandate to your bank account. To download the form Click Here.

Terms and Conditions:
Cheques/Drafts forwarded to for clearance of dues must be drawn and payable at any city where the Bank has a branch. Cheques/Drafts drawn or deposited outside these areas are subject to a collection charge at the then prevailing rate. Payments will be credited to the Credit card account on receipt, but should the payment instrument subsequently be dishonored, the Credit card account may be suspended or the Credit card may be cancelled and the full outstanding balance will become immediately due and payable. The Bank” will, at its sole discretion, take necessary measures to recover the money and this may include filing a criminal case under the Negotiable Instruments Act

If the payment of the whole of the statement closing balance is received by on or before the respective Payment Due Date, no finance charge will be payable on respective amount. However, all Cash Advances will attract a finance charge at the prevailing rate from the date of withdrawal until the entire outstanding (including Cash Advance) are cleared in full and payment is posted to the Credit card account.

If you wish to have the extended credit facility and pay an amount less than the statement closing balance, the entire outstanding from the date of the statement will attract a finance charge. All new transactions will also attract a finance charge from the date of posting into the account at the prevailing rate once the account uses the extended credit facility. This charge will be debited on the last day of the billing cycle and will be applied on daily balances. While settling your Credit card dues avoid depositing post-dated cheques.

If the minimum amount due is not paid by the payment due date, a late payment fee will be debited to the Credit card account on the last day of the billing cycle. The Bank also reserves the right to levy penal finance charges at a rate higher than the normal rate, in case minimum dues are not paid before the payment due date.

In case you wish to dispute any charge indicated in the Statement, please advise details to within 30 days of the statement date. After the lapse of 30 days, it will be construed that all charges are acceptable and in order. However, in exceptional circumstances may at its discretion accept any dispute on charges older than 30 days. Duplicate statements will only be provided for up to the last six months on your request and payment of the fee as per the tariff sheet.

Bank of Rajasthan, has the sole discretion to appoint agents for recovery of outstanding or initiate any other actions allowed by law for recovery of all monies owed to without any specific communication in this regard.
