Reward Points Redemption Program
Did you know that converting your Reward points into Cash is just a letter away?
1. For all the purchases of Rs. 100/- on your Gold/Silver card and Corporate Card with Corporate Liability(CCCL) , you earn 1 reward point.
2. Only for Corporate Card with Individual Liability(CCIL), the cardholder gets 2 reward points on every Rs. 150/- spent.
3. Reward points will be offered only for purchases made on the Credit Card.
4. For Cash advances/withdrawals or any other fees/charges, transactions reversals and disputed transactions, there will not be any reward points accumulated.
5. Credit Cardholders are eligible for the redemption of reward points only as long as their Credit Card accounts and all linked accounts are valid and in good standing, i.e. there are no amounts overdue.
6. Spends on the additional Credit cards will accrue points. However, only the primary Credit Card holder can redeem these points.
7. The Credit cardholder cannot transfer any Reward points to another person.
8. Reward points can be redeemed for Credit card renewal fees and the outstanding balance if any.
9. Credit cardholders have to reach a minimum of 500 Reward points, in order to be eligible to redeem their Reward points.
10. Redemption of Reward Points is not automatic. For Redemption of Reward points, Credit cardholders will have to fill in the Reward Redemption Form (see Download Forms) and send the same to the below mentioned address:

11. Any redemption request received by the Bank will be fulfilled in approximately 7 working days time from the date of receipt of request.
12. The Reward Points automatically expires after 1 year if not redeemed with the said time frame.
13. The Bank reserves the right to modify wholly or partly the Reward rewards programme. Bank of Rajasthan also reserves the right to change the conversion rate, withdraw Reward points awarded or to vary the terms and conditions herein including the discretion to withdraw, Reward, and/or revise the price of any gifts at any time in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to Credit cardholders.
14.In the event a Credit cardholder voluntarily closes the Bank’s Credit card, all the Reward points that are accumulated in the Credit card account will automatically lapse.
15. Any terms & conditions stated herein do not amount to commitment or representation by the Bank to conduct, further, similar or other such programme(s).
16. Usage of the programme will be deemed as automatic acceptance of the said terms and conditions.
